Current Project: March 2005 update

All of our boats are semi-custom and built to order, we work closely with each customer to design their boat according to their exact specifications.

With the use of the 3D CAD design tool we are able to cut design time by 50 percent. Each boat can be solid modeled to ensure the layout will meet your needs. With this tool we can design in such a way that all tanks and machinery will fit through the hatches and doors for removal and replacement without ANY deconstruction. It also allows us to engineer the machinery space for accessibility and making maintenance and inspection much less difficult than it needs to be. This boat’s design is complete and we are still on target for a July launch. Our next hull is being laid up and will be in our facility in 8 to 10 weeks.

Interior cabinetry and joinery is being built at our partner’s facility. East Coast Interiors
is over seeing the construction and will deliver a complete interior ready for installation to the Chauncey Creek Boats facility in 8 weeks. East Coast Interiors is building the interior from the 3D CAD files we supplied, using their own CNC routers in their modern hi-tech facility.
